Location: 503 Market St, Wilmington, NC 28401
The Bellamy Mansion Museum offers free outdoor tours of its beautifully restored gardens and historic grounds. The mansion itself is a stunning example of antebellum architecture and was built by a prominent physician and his family in the 19th century. While the museum charges for indoor tours, the gardens and surrounding grounds are free to explore.
The mansion’s grounds feature meticulously manicured gardens, and the mansion’s exterior is a perfect subject for photos. The Bellamy Mansion Museum also offers free events throughout the year, including community activities and art shows.
